정부, '현대차 새만금 투자프로젝트 종합지원계획' 마련

정부는 투자계획 발표 직후인 3월부터 국무총리를 중심으로 범정부 TF를 운영해 왔으며, 관계부처와 전북자치도·현대차그룹이 함께 참여해지원 과제를 선정하고 세부 추진계획을 마련해 왔다.

 

이번 계획은 태양광 발전, 수전해 및 수소 인프라, 로봇, AI 데이터센터 등 현대차의 주요 투자를 지원하기 위한 각종 인프라 마련과 인허가 신속 처리 등 투자 전 과정에 걸친 범정부 차원 지원방안을 담았다.

우선 태양광 부지 및 장기 임대용지를 제공하고, 투자보조금을 지원하기로 했다.

 

세제 지원을 위해서 로봇 제조·부품 클러스터 종합보세구역을 지정하고, 수전해시설·태양광발전사업 환경영향평가 등 인허가 간소화로 규제도 개선한다.

 

정주 여건을 마련하기 위해 협력업체 근로자 기숙사 임차비를 지원하고, 도로·인입철도 건설 및 수소열차 도입기반 마련 등 인프라도 개선한다.
