긴급차단 대상에는 최근 사이트 자진 폐쇄와 운영 재개를 반복하고 있는 '뉴토끼' 등도 포함돼 있다.

 

불법사이트에 대해 가장 신속하고 효과적 행정 대응 수단은 이용자가 해당 사이트로 접속할 수 없도록 차단하는 조치다.
