[사건의내막 / 문홍철 기자] = 노종면 더불어민주당 원내대변인은 오늘 12월 5일 서면브리핑에서 “감사원장·검사 3인 탄핵안 가결, 국민의 명령입니다”고 밝혔다. 

 

노종면 원내대변인은 “오늘 본회의에서 최재해 감사원장과 이창수 서울중앙지검장, 조상원 4차장검사, 최재훈 반부패수사2부장에 대한 탄핵소추안이 가결됐다”면서 “이번 탄핵소추안 가결은 국민의 명령이다”고 덧붙였다.

 

노종면 원내대변인은 “최재해 감사원장은 헌법과 법률이 부여한 권한을 남용해 감사원의 독립성과 공정성을 심각하게 훼손했다”면서 “정치적 중립 의무를 위반하고 국회의 입법 및 감시 기능을 방해했다”고 날을 세웠다.

 

이어 노종면 원내대변인은 “이창수, 조상훈, 최재훈 검사 역시 김건희 여사의 도이치모터스 주가조작 사건 등의 진상규명을 방해했다”면서 “또한 김건희 여사에게 면죄부를 주기 위한 목적으로 공소권을 오용하여 사법 정의를 심각하게 훼손했다”고도 했다.

 

노종면 원내대변인은 “권력기관의 독립성과 공정성을 훼손하고 불법적이고 비민주적인 방식으로 권력을 남용해, 헌법 질서를 중대하게 침해하고 우리 사회에 해악을 끼친 이들에 대한 탄핵은 불가피하면서도 당연한 조치다”고 설명했다.

 

그리고 노종면 원내대변인은 “지금 국민의힘은 윤석열 대통령의 망국으로 가는 열차에 함께 올라타려 하고 있다”면서 “내란죄를 지은 윤석열 대통령을 옹호하며 모든 탄핵을 반대하고 있다”라며 “국민의힘은 윤석열 대통령의 꼭두각시임을 자처합니까?”라고 비판의 목소리를 높였다.

 

앞서 노종면 원내대변인은 “국민의힘의 이런 탄핵반대와 남발 프레임은 윤석열 대통령의 계엄발동 사유를 두둔하는 것임과 동시에 야당을 향한 윤석열 대통령의 적개심과 하등 다를 바 없다”라면서 “결국 이런 여당의 입장이 윤석열 대통령의 폭주를 정당화하고 있음을 알아야 한다”고 꼬집고 나섰다.

 

또한 노종면 원내대변인은 “국민의힘은 오늘 본회의 표결에 불참하고, 심지어는 본회의장 앞에서 규탄대회를 열였다”면서 “누가 규탄을 받아야 마땅합니까? 국민의힘의 이런 입장은 국민을 향한 선전포고와 다름없다”고 평가했다.
