[사건의내막 / 문홍철 기자] =조승래 더불어민주당 수석대변인은 오늘 12월 4일 브리핑에서 “국민의힘은 지난 밤 어디 있었습니까? 국민의힘은 오늘 어디로 갈 겁니까?”라고 밝혔다. 

 

조승래 수석대변인은  “국민의힘은 지난 밤 어디 있었습니까?”라면서 “지난 밤 국민의힘 의원들 대다수는 대통령의 위헌적 비상계엄 시도를 강 건너 불구경했다”고 덧붙였다.

 

조승래 수석대변인은  “계엄군에 국회가 침탈당했는데도, 상당수 의원이 본회의에도 참석하지 않고 당사에 머물렀다”면서 “추경호 원내대표가 의원들을 혼란에 빠트렸다는 토로도 있었다”라며 “정녕 내란 음모의 부역자로 남고 싶은 것입니까?”라고 비판의 날을 바짝 세웠다.

 

또한 조승래 수석대변인은  “국민의힘은 이제 어디로 갈 겁니까?”라면서 “윤석열 대통령의 내란 획책과 친위 쿠데타를 수습해야 합니다”면서 “더 이상 국정을 운영할 능력도, 자격도 없는 윤석열 정권을 끝내고 위기에 빠진 대한민국을 구해야 할 때이다”라고 목소리를 높였다.

조승래 수석대변인은 “국민의힘은 도대체 몇 번이나 국민에게 죄를 지으려고 합니까? 더 이상 머뭇거리지 말고 국민 앞에 석고대죄하고, 윤석열 탄핵에 동참하십시오”라고도 말했다.

 

한편 조승래 수석대변인은 “국민의힘은 탄핵 동참이 국민의 곁에 남을 수 있는 마지막 기회임을 명심하십시오”라면서 “더 늦기 전에 양심과 국민의 목소리에 귀 기울이기 바란다”고 전했다.
