하루 전 개최한 제7차 의료개혁특별위원회에서는 의료개혁 1차 실행방안의 추가 후속 조치로 지역·필수의료 강화를 위한 2차 의료 육성 및 일차의료 강화 검토 방향과 의료사고 안전망 강화 방향에 대해 논의했다.

 

정부는 의료사고 안전망 강화 관련 입법을 연내 조속히 추진해 환자의 실효적 권리구제를 강화하는 한편, 최선을 다한 진료에 대한 사법리스크를 실질적으로 완화할 계획이다.
